In May, we brought “the draft Independent Workers Promotion and Protection Bill” issue to the Parliament through a social dialogue. Beyond the meeting room, we joined rider networks to rally at the Bhumjaithai Party headquarter, demanding attention and immediate action from the party that oversees the Ministry of Labour.

The month of love has passed quickly, and the weather is starting to heat up, signaling the changing of the seasons. Since the beginning of the year, the issue we’ve seen frequently in the news has been the Social Security Fund, raising many questions about its transparency and the efficiency of the system, which have caused confusion and debates among insured workers. For our advocacy of Social Security under Section 33 for platform workers and migrant workers, there have also been movements.
