Yaowapa Donsae has extensive experience working with women workers in the formal and informal economy. She was a union leader in the garment and textile industry and had hands-on experience in collective bargaining with companies and government representatives. Her expertise lies in workers education, gender equality, workers cooperative and unionism.
Yaowapa studied human rights at Mahidol University in Bangkok.
As a part of Just Economy and Labor Institute, Yaowapa is the field coordinator responsible for coordination work related to migrant workers as well as education and campaign activities to support human rights of migrant workers.
